Hierarch fr. Georgi From Jeglarci - http://s.pc-freak.net/url/151 who is probably the most notable new saint of Bulgarian Orthodox Church has quitely passed to Christ on 12th of January 12:05. Fr. Georgi has helped me with his spiritual gifts and prayers as I had the blessing to visit him a couple of times. I even had the blessing to spend last year 2014 Good Friday in a Church service with him (thanks God) and st. George's day 06 of May 2014. fr. Georgi was burning in spirit and zealousity for faith and full of faith, love, peace he was possessing all of the gifts of the Holy Spirit (including Clairvoyance). The fr. was the most notable Spiritual Elder of Dobrich region Bulgaria and had the misfortune to live up through the hard times of totalitarism (communism) regime (1944 - 1989) and also the muddy (cloudy) and crazy times of post-communism and democratic regimes ... He was tortured during Soviet times for his faith in Christ and managed to build a strong Chrisitian community when being a Christian was a dangerous thing to be and when whoever had faith in Christ was often sent to Belene concentration camp. After communist authorities closed the Church where he was serving, he re-opened the Church in his own home, telling to the authorities that they have no right (by law) to forbid him what he is to do in his home. Fr. Georgi's funeral will be tomorrow in 12:00 noon time me and everyone that knew him are grieving hardly for his loss. It is intersting fact that fr. Georgi from Jeglarci during his life has more than 50 priests who become priests under his spiritual guidance and even one famous nun (abbot) Valentina who writes a lot of Orthodox Christian theme spiritual books is his spiritual child. Apart from that the Father had many spiritual children all around Bulgaria among all levels of society. We sorrow but we're also happy because now we have one more saint to pray continuously in front of God's throne for us the sinners. Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on fr. Georgi's soul and by his holy prayers have mercy on us. Please Lord Jesus Christ send us your holy grace and make that by fr. Georgi's holy prayers many people like him are born, live walk and preach in his example follow you in deeds and faith. God forgive the sins of fr. Georgi and populate him in the dwelling of the righteous ..
