answered "How to Debug MySQL slow queries from command line?"

    Answer

I've been struggling with my wordpress installation which is becoming more and more slow with time. I've used a WP plugin to track down which plugin is putting most load on MySQL server and I come across a problematic query. Thus I needed to now debug what is the issues behind the query. Here is example of a LEFT JOIN slow query - http://pastebin.pc-freak.net/view/fe0641a6 To get basic debugging on SQL table structure: 1. Run EXPLAIN SELECT * ... (rest of long query - instead of SELECT * just paste your query); - http://pastebin.pc-freak.net/view/21d401d7 2. Use USE Database_Name; SHOW CREATE TABLE of the table which is queried to check its structure, Often adding Index to a table raw improves performance: - Here is example http://pastebin.pc-freak.net/view/fd9c6835

I've spend my morning in Antique Furniture and Art Shop of my cousin, I made earlier a very unprofessional quick website for them if you like old Dutch / French furniture check out - http://s.pc-freak.net/url/286 I've installed my cousin Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx some time ago on their Toshiba notebook and then just about 2 years ago updated to 10.10 codenamed Maverick Merkat. I tried updating it to newer release 12.04 (Precise Pangolin) LTS release and hoped that I could update to latest 14.04 (Trusty Tahr), however old Ubuntu repositories seemed to be already missing and I couldn't use do-release-upgrade, neither use update-manager -d to upgrade. I have made the mistake to remove google-chrome in a hope to upgrade it with the newest stable one available on Google Chrome's official site, thus removed the old Chrome version but the new one downloaded from chrome's site failed to install because of dependencies and I was unable to install default one bundled with Ubuntu 10.10 distribution, finally after a very long search on the net I found a 10.04 chromium-browser 0.25 old Chrome Ubuntu version here is mirror of it - http://s.pc-freak.net/url/287

I spend the Saturday mostly home in morning woke up around 10:30, spend sime time on the PC watching some youtube videos. Then my dear brother in Christ Jose Mathew came and we were out to Dobrich's train station to change our tickets, we will be travelling to Sofia not on Sunday as planned but Wednesday as planned because in our office in Business Park is still doing repairment works and I enjoy spending some time with my family. We had a great time with Jose and went to the best coffee in Dobrich (imho fountain). Me and Jose drink each 2 beers and svetlana, (me 2 Kamenitza) and (and 2 Zagorka - The most famous and considered best beer in Bulgaria during communist rule", often there are some memories on communism. Situation of infrastructure and country development, production, people income and mostly everything except few things were better at that time. Yesterday night we were invited to my aunt for a dinner and we had a nice time with my aunt Maria and my uncleTodor. My sister Stanimira was there too with his boyfriend Yordan. The talks were mostly on politics and the terrible things that are happening in Ukraine, because of the 2 brotherly nations fighting. Like most politic talks you cannot know the answer so in future I should try to avoid such an empty talks. On Sunday morning as usual we were to Church (last weekend we were in St. Kliment Ohridski) and this time we were in the Church where we married with Svetlana Holy Trinity. The service was lead by father Veliko and was quite nice I like how fr. Veliko is serving God in Church, we met Rosen who is a notable here in Dobrich and the regions for having a strong faith in God and even though he is a bit crazy there are rumors in church he had a lot of the gifts of the Holy Spirit (including the face of Clairvoyance). After Church service we went to a sister in Christ Katia and (her husband) Vladimir and we had a coffee and a nice chat. Then again go back home have a dinner and a had 2 hours nap because I felt too tired. Well this is mostly how my 2 last days passed by. I'm realizing the world is becoming more and more schizophrenical and for us Bulgarians, life is becoming harder and harder, because of information overwhelming and because even by watching a simple TV you're undesirably exposed often to a lot of evil scenes. There is a big difference between Russia and Bulgaria's media, in Russia there in TV channels you can mostly see positive information and the "evil" movies and stuff is rare to see on TV in Bulgaria almost every program and movie you can watch includes a lot of terrifying scene.

It is curious fact some claims that many of the "changes" that occured after 1989 in Bulgaria have started with instructions (with revelation channeling of information) of some clairvoyance ladies like the occultist Slava Sevrukova and other self-proclaimed occultists which mislead people in false-religion believes and preach anti-Christian / Anti-Orthodox Church teachings. I would not be suprised if Jelio Jelev was one of those deluded guys.

It is interesting fact that during the Schism in Bulgarian Orthodox Church, Jelio Jelev has personally invited Ecumenical patriarch Bartholomew in attempt to make him recognize the self-proclaimed patriarch of an alternative synod of Bulgarian Orthodox Church Pimen.

Jelio Jelev the first Bulgarian president after transition of Bulgaria from "Communist" to "Democratic" government has died today 30.01.2015. He was president of Bulgaria during 1990 - 1997, he was a leader of the Democratic block called (Union of Democratic Forces) SDS. Obviously he and his party has pushed Bulgaria into the terrible times of 1996 when Bulgaria entered a terrible period of money inflation when single a bread costed like 5000 leva (at that time people were receiving sallaries equal to 20 or less dollars, because of the hyper inflation). Very "smartly" prudently Jelio Jeliev the president tried to inflict the blame on the communist ruling authority BSP pointing at them claiming that its there failure. Also his party has been involved in stimulating the Schism in Bulgarian Orthodox Church that almost destroyed our Church and faith in God. Jelio Jelev is famous for receiving numerous awards - Yitzhak Rabin World Peace Award, Catherine Medichi award by International Academy Medici in 1991, not strangely he is also a honorable member of Rotary Club - New Your. Obviously most of his awards and recognition were given because of his contribution for destruction of Bulgaria and Bulgarian nation over the 7 years of his rule. By his incompetent governance he ruined everything that was built in Bulgaria throughout communist regime. The democracy offered in Bulgaria was in fact lawlessness or a regime where only people with money succeed. I've been personally to his lecture in Dobrich in the Orchestra Hall and listened to his speaches in one International Slavonic culture and nations festival and listened to his speech, besides being totally uninspirational his words though "nationalistic" in essence were pro-American in everything so my personal opinion on this person is he was a terrible traitor. I never liked Rotary Club, because I've already faced Rotary Club members (in face of teachers) in university in Arnhem Business School and I didn't like their spirit neither their attitude towards man and life. Besides that everyone that could do a quick research could see the obvious relation in basic philosophical doctrines of Rotary Club and Free-Masonry, so since Jelev was a Rotary Club member he has been irradiated with this anti-Christian doctrines well hidden besides some "personal development" exercises and "methodologies". Thus his governance has obviously had anti-Christianization effect on Bulgarian nation. The only excuse he might have in front of the face of God is he was living and leading Bulgaria in a difficult times.

Probably the reason why I and many people of the "new-generation" liked such a loud repeating beat so-much is because listening to repeating beats the brain enters a brain-washing (Trance) like state and the band. Probably another reason for such a lousy music success is brainless lyrics and music are easy to digest. After all in the stressful and boring days we need to have rest by listening to non-sense :)

Chemical Brothers - Block Rockin Beats - http://s.pc-freak.net/url/282 This awesome hackers song, totally expresses the hectic life of an Geeks and IT specialist. I believe anyone involved deeply in technical work would love it. The song was mostly popular in my youth years in the 1998 when in Bulgaria the Prodigy was among the most listened bands in Youth Generation. The music was totally uncomprehensible for our parents as it doesn't sound like anything they used to love through Soviet times. I guess in Russia it was a similar situation. Listening to this song for a first time I was so impressed, that I considered Chemical Brothers would become among my favourity music. However after listening to rest of their music, I couldn't say I really liked it, back in time I thought Chemical Brothers are a band of the rank of Prodigy, however time clearly shown nowadays noone remember Chemical Brothers while Prodigy are still famous and kicking. The rest of the band music as Hey Boy / Hey Girl sounds much gayish. Here is a playlist of Chemical Brothers for those who want to get a quick view on their CB works - http://s.pc-freak.net/url/283

Modern economy is like a boomerang, you throw it to hit but it hits you back :) Global Economy is like this all is interconnected and only way to really earn in perspective is to make always business that is profitable for everyone not like USA and a bunch of other nations are doing presently.

I've stumbled upon very curious information, the rise of Dollar value compared to Russian Ruble and Euro seems to be a 2 edged sword. The rise of Dollar value has decreased the exports of products of many enterprise companies in USA, even though the earnings from sales were increased. So it is interesting Americans thought that by attacking the Russian economy with some sanctions and artificial raising the dollar by forcing th eir OPEL allies to hyper-extract / produce oil this will make stronger their economic world dominance. However because of the rise many clients to American companies doesn't want to buy anymore from them because the American products are becoming expensive and thus it is cheaper to buy from other Markets. Also the other good that America is doing to Russia is it is forcing people in Russia to wake-up and see who is really their friend nations and enemies. Also now having no possibility to import from West Russian isolation would stimulate internal-business and production, which obviously has what to advance as Russia was buying Cars, Computer Phones, Tech and Kitchen Equipment from Western parties or China. Now Russians will be forced unwillingly to buy from their own market. Obviously the scenario against Russia is the same as it was before the fall of Soviet Union, but the difference now is in Russia many people become storng nationalists and the Russian spirit is high. Will live and see how things will turn, but it is my personal belief that as far as Russian Orthodox Church is raising in influence over Russian nation, the positives Russian moral and population will be more and more and this will make Russia to resurrect again as a dominant nation in the coming 30 years so.

On his "maiden" voyage Titanic carried 2,224 passengers and crew. Also I've heard some myths that even the name of Titanic had its "occult" meaning as it was connected with the Titans from Ancient Greek Mythology (believes).

I don't know if true but I heard RMS Titanic ship which sunk causing death of about 1500 people on its cruise in the North Atlantic Ocean in the early morning of 15 April 1912 after colliding with an iceberg during her maiden voyage from Southampton, UK to New York City, US was among the few ships that were not consecrated by Catholic priest after produced. Also I've heard on the ship front there was a writting "Even God can't stop us" ... Other curious fact about titanic I've read some time ago is most of the ship builders were protestant Christians. Of course this facts are not impossible considering the fact that all that happens in life is connected with Spiritual realm ... It is also interesting a close friend of mine and a brother in Christ's grand-father was about to sink to America from United Kingdom to New York and had already a ticket for the ship however by some divine intervention the day before the departure he met some Serbian and other Balkan people and they drunk heavily so he couldn't wake up on time to onboard Titanic but missed his ship. This simple drunkendness saved him for very probable death ..
